You can talk with Rufus as with any assistant
A great accessibility option of the Amazon’s AI shopping assistant is that you can directly type or speak what you need in the search bar to trigger it. So, Rufus can help you with shopping needs, product details, comparisons, reviews and recommendations.
For instance, you can tell Rufus to compare two TVs. Next, you can ask theAmazon assistantto pick the best one based on the reviews, or to give you a review summary. Afterward, you can request Rufus to give you suggestions for accessories compatible with your choice.
If you think that the name is funny or sounds somewhat familiar, there’s a wholesome story behind it. Amazon’s AI assistant was named after theshortest volunteer worker, the dog of the editor-in-chief and principal engineer.
