Apple has a plethora of hardware launches on its cards, but recent reports suggest the company will skip the spring event in 2024. For those uninitiated, the Cupertino giant didn’t hold a spring event last year.
According to thePower On Newsletterby Mark Gurman, Apple will announce the new MacBook Air, iPad Air, iPad Pro, and more via press releases. You could see the new hardware in marketing campaigns and online videos uploaded to the official website.
Here’s everything Apple may release soon by ditching the spring event 2024
Although there are no signs of the 2024 spring event,Applehas many devices to showcase. The first and most considerable upgrades are coming to the iPad Pro. Apple is all set to release a revamped iPad Pro that sports an OLED display and packs an M3 chip under the hood. We also expect to see an updated iPad Air, with a larger 12.9-inch screen alongside the usual 10.9-inch variant. Let’s not forget that these will be the first iPads since 2022.
Rumors about a new Apple Pencil are not unheard of as well. The upcoming Apple Pencil will reportedly feature new interchangeable magnetic tips and built-in support for the Find My functionality.
That said, a redesigned Magic Keyword for the iPad Pro with aluminum encasing is also coming alongside the new 13-inch and 15-inch M3-powered MacBook Air. TheMacBookswon’t change much, except for the chipset part. Moreover, Gurman hints that Apple could launch all these devices sometime in March or April.
