Microsoft and Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation are going to launch the Innovation Assistant, a new generative AI. As a result, Cognizant inaugurated an AI Advanced Lab in San Francisco. On top of that, it is going to house Ph.D. scholars and industry veterans. Furthermore, the lab already has 75 issued and pending patents.

What is the Advanced AI Lab for?

The Advanced AI Lab, made by Cognizant, is for developing and researching AI systems capable of enhancing decision-making and improvingbusinessoutcomes. In addition, it will collaborate with research institutions and startups. Also, Cognizant announced that they will invest$1 billioninto AI over the next three years. This commitment shows that the lab is going to be a durable project. As a result, San Francisco might soon become an AI hub for multiple companies and startups.

Cognizant’s Advanced AI Lab is going to focus on researching, designing, evaluating, building, and showcasing innovative AI tools capable of supporting strategic business decisions for the financial, sales, product, and IT support sectors. On top of that,research showsthat companies are prioritizing gen AI. Also, they are looking forward to increasing their tech investments.
