Microsoft is extensively working on integrating AI into its products, and now, the tech giant is introducingHelp me createto Microsoft 365 web, the online version of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
According to information available onMicrosoft 365 Roadmap,Help me createis powered by Copilot and is developed keeping in mind, security, privacy and compliance.
Surprisingly, it has been available since October’23 in preview and will be finally rolled out for everyone in February’24 for Microsoft 365 Web.
At present, Microsoft hasn’t shared much information about the feature set ofHelp me createor its primary functions. But based on the description, it will, more or less, have to do with creating content, summarizing documents, assessing the tone, or making quick modifications.
Microsoft has already worked onbringing Copilot to Wordandintegrating Copilot into PowerPoint, so it only makes sense that your everyday AI companion is available on the web version of these apps in one form or another.
Whether the web version will have a similar dedicatedHelp me createpanel, as is the case with Copilot, will only be evident once the feature is rolled out in the coming days.
No matter what, we are excited, and so should you! Because, Microsoft 365 Online, the free version, is getting a Copilot-like AI integration.
