Nvidia has started its annual developer conference, and many are looking forward to new products from Nvidia.
Many are excited about the upcoming products and services, so here’s what we can expect to see.
The Nvidia AI developer conference starts today, new chip announcement is expected
As you may know, Nvidia is dominating the data center AI chip market, and last year it held around 80% of the market. However, its market share is expected to drop since there’s strong competition coming from Intel and AMD.
As Yahoo Finance reports, investors are eager to find out more about the new chip announcement, since the new chip will determine the company’s fate as the lead manufacturer of the AI chips.
Many are eager to see the new B100 chip that should succeed the H100 model. In addition to new chips, we expect to see new software products as well.
Nvidia is holding GTC in person first time since 2019, with around 16,000 attendees, and everybody is excited about the Chief Executive’s keynote which should take place at 1:00 p.m. (2000 GMT).
As for Nvidia, the company isfacing a class lawsuit because of the NeMo AI framework. That’s not all, as many users are claiming thatNvidia is limiting GPU power on Linux laptopsas well.
