Having a web browser in your car isn’t anything new, and according toVivaldi’s blog, we’re going to see its browser on several electric cars in the future.

Renault 5 was shown recently during the Geneva Motor Show, and the car sports an OpenR multimedia system that comes with Vivaldi.

This isn’t the only car that will use this browser, and we’ll see it in the Renault Megane E-Tech Electric, Renault Austral, Renault Master, and Renault Scenic.

At the heart of these models, there’s an OpenR system that gives users access to all controls, including navigation, entertainment, and other apps.

With Vivaldi, users will be able to browse the web, shop, make video calls, and more. Of course, access to various streaming services is also there, allowing users to pass time while charging.

Notes and Capture Page features are also present as well as tab syncing. Lastly, tracking protection and ad blockers are included, so you won’t have to deal with ads or worry about your data.

We don’t know when will these cars hit the streets, but we’re excited to see them in action. Speaking of cars, maybe Microsoft will design its car. Stay tuned to find out!
