At the Surface event, Microsoft announced two new Surface devices for business customers: theSurface Laptop 6 for Business and the Surface Pro 10 for Business. In addition, Microsoft talked about new accessories.

The Redmond tech giant discussed the Surface Pro Keyboard, which provides better accessibility and adaptive accessories for business customers.

The new  Surface Pro keyboard has a bold keyset, bold font, and brighter backlight, which makes it easier to read and reduces eye strain, especially for people with disabilities or those who spend most of their time in front of a screen.

Just like the Surface Laptop 6 for business, it comes with a dedicated Copilot key right next to the arrow keys, which allows you to swiftly access the AI assistant.

However, if you don’t want to use it as a Copilot button, you can switch to other accessibility features, such as live captions, magnifiers, and more.

Microsoft informed us that the keyboard will be available only in the United States and Canada with only a US English layout for now, which is a bummer.

Microsoft’s Adaptive Accessories are now made available for commercial customers, which can be a great help for people who are not used to a traditional mouse and keyboard to create their ideal setup, which thereby can increase productivity and use the apps they like more efficiently.

The devices listed in Adaptive Accessories are:

These accessories can be connected to the Microsoft Adaptive Hub or can be used directly with your computers via USB-C cables or Bluetooth.

All these devices mentioned were announced in May 2022 and were made available in October of the same year.

The entire Surface event focused on Microsoft’s work to integrate Copilot into our lives and make people’s lives more efficient with their new Surface devices.
