Computex 2024 is set to take place in Taipei, between June 4 and June 7, 2024, and the theme of the conference isConnecting AI. The event will feature more than 1500 exhibitors, across 4500 booths, with companies such as AMD, Intel, MediaTek, NXP, Supermicro, and Delta being among the keynote speakers.
Acer, ASRock, ASUS, Delta, Gigabyte, G.Skill, Intel, MSI, Pro Gamersware, and more will also present their AI products at the conference, and Intel, Microsoft, and Qualcomm are set to unveil the first hints of the new Windows AI PC, according toDigiTimes Asia.
Qualcommalready announcedthat it plans to release the first products of its collaboration with Microsoft this summer when the tech company is slated to enter the CPU market with its CPU chips.
Even if the companies show the world the new Windows AI PCs, these devices won’t run on the next version of Windows, which is reportedly AI-based, as Microsoft said it’s not going to release it this year.
Instead, they will releaseWindows 11 24H2later this year, now renamed toWindows 11 2024 Update, and if we are to follow the clues, it will receive several AI features and improvements.
It already receivedthe Auto Super Resolution featurewhich uses AI to greatly improve the gaming experience on Windows 11. It’s currently live in the Dev and Canary channels within Windows Insider Program, but they will be released to the stable Windows version soon.
Regarding Computex 2024, we should see all kinds of AI innovations from Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, Microsoft, Gigabyte, Asus, Acer, and many more companies, this June.
